Terms & Conditions
In effect since August 1, 2026. These terms apply when you use neopeptide.ca and to any order you place on it. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Neo Peptides is a business that sells research supplies. We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Pacific time. We reply within 24–48 business hours.
2. Research use only
All peptides sold on this site are sold only as materials for lab research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not sold to be taken by, given to, or put on people or animals. Nothing on this site should be read as saying that they are.
We do not give dosing advice (how much to use). We do not give steps for mixing these products for use in people (reconstitution). We do not give instructions on how to give or take them. We do not give any other advice about using them in or on a person or animal. We will not answer requests for that information.
When you order, you confirm three things. First, you are buying these products for legitimate lab research. Second, you are qualified to handle them safely. Third, you accept full responsibility for storing, handling, using and getting rid of them once they leave our hands.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 19 years old to place an order. That is the age of majority in British Columbia, which is the age you legally become an adult. We may refuse or cancel any order if we choose to.
4. Your duty to follow the law
Laws about buying, importing, having and handling research chemicals are different in each country, province, territory and state. These laws also change. You alone are responsible for finding out if you are legally allowed to receive and keep what you order. You alone are also responsible for following every law that applies to you.
We do not claim that any product is legal for you to receive where you are. We also do not promise that any package will get through customs or reach you.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices do not include any duties (import fees) or taxes that may be charged where you are. Payment is accepted by Interac e-Transfer. Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment and match it to your order. Until then, your order is on hold as pending.
We may fix mistakes in prices or product listings, even after an order is placed. If we do, we will contact you. We will offer you either the corrected order or a full refund.
6. Stock and swaps
Everything we list depends on what we have in stock. We will not swap in a different substance, strength or batch for the one you ordered unless you agree. If we cannot fill an order, we give you a full refund.
7. Lab reports
When we post a lab report (certificate of analysis) for a batch, it describes that batch as tested. It is a record of test results. It is not a promise (warranty) that the product is fit for any particular use.
8. Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, the most we will pay, in total, for anything that comes from an order is the amount you paid for the item affected. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. These are losses beyond the item itself, such as lost time or income. We are also not responsible for any loss from using a product outside the research use we state for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law says cannot be limited. This includes responsibility under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia). This is a BC law that protects shoppers.
9. Content and product names
The content, brand, photos and written text on this site belong to Neo Peptides. They may not be copied without written permission. We use the names of substances to describe them and say what they are. Using these names does not mean we are linked to or backed by any drug company. It also does not mean our products come from one.
10. Changes and which laws apply
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top will change. These terms follow the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply. The courts of British Columbia have the power to hear cases about these terms (jurisdiction).
