Ordering & shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $200 or more.
Where do orders ship from, and how fast?
From Vancouver, British Columbia. Order before 1:00pm Pacific on a business day and it usually ships that same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. We email you a tracking number once the label is made.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Our shipping and returns rules are for orders within Canada. We can’t promise a package will get through customs, and once the carrier has it, it’s out of our hands. If you live outside Canada, email us before you order.
How is everything packed?
Products that need to stay cool are packed with an insulated liner and a gel pack. Everything ships sealed and freeze-dried, which is the safest way for peptides to travel.
My order hasn’t arrived. What now?
Check the tracking number we emailed you. If it hasn’t moved, or the package looks lost, email us your order number and we’ll track it down.
Payment
How can I pay?
Interac e-Transfer, cryptocurrency, and some credit and debit cards.
Why hasn’t my e-Transfer order shipped yet?
We check e-Transfers by hand. Your payment has to arrive and be matched to your order before we ship. That can take a little longer than paying by card. Nothing is wrong. It’s just one extra step.
Do you save my card details?
No. We never store card details on our servers, and our payment pages are encrypted.
Do you have bulk or repeat-order pricing?
Email us what you want and how many. We’ll reply with prices for your exact order instead of guessing a number.
Testing & lab reports
Are your peptides tested by an outside lab?
Yes. An outside lab tests every batch. It checks that the peptide is 98% pure or higher, and a second test confirms it’s the right peptide.
Where can I see the lab reports?
Every posted batch is listed on our lab results page. Each one shows the purity, how much peptide is in the vial, how close that is to the label, and the batch number.
Can I check a lab report myself?
Yes, and we hope you do. Each report has a code you can check with the lab that wrote it. We are not involved.
What’s the difference between purity and peptide content?
Purity tells you how much of the peptide in the vial is the right peptide, and not a broken piece or a look-alike. It doesn’t count water or salt. Peptide content tells you how many milligrams of real peptide the lab found. A vial can be 98% pure and still hold less than the label says, so we post both.
Why does one batch show 110% and another 96%?
This number compares the peptide the lab found with the amount on the label. Real batches always land a little above or below 100%. Our rule is at least 90%, and every posted batch passes. We show the real number instead of rounding it.
My vial’s batch isn’t on the lab results page.
Send us the batch number printed on your label, and we’ll find the report for that exact batch. We won’t send you a report for a different batch.
Mixing & storage
How do I mix a freeze-dried vial?
Add bacteriostatic water slowly. Let it run down the inside wall of the vial instead of spraying it straight onto the powder. Then let it dissolve. Don’t shake it.
What is bacteriostatic water, and why not plain sterile water?
Bacteriostatic water is clean water with a tiny bit of safe preservative added (0.9% benzyl alcohol). The preservative stops germs from growing, so a vial can be used more than once. Plain sterile water has nothing added, so it’s meant for one use only. We sell 30 mL bacteriostatic water too.
Why shouldn’t I shake the vial?
Peptides are long, fragile chains, and shaking can break them. Gently roll the vial between your fingers and wait a minute. The powder will dissolve on its own.
How should I store my peptides?
Keep sealed, freeze-dried vials in a cool, dry, dark place. The fridge is best for long-term storage. Once mixed, keep the vial in the fridge and out of direct light. Don’t freeze a mixed vial.
What size syringe do I need?
A 31G insulin syringe works well for small amounts like these. We sell them in packs of 10.
Returns & problems
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened, unused, sealed vials within 30 days. We can’t take back vials that were opened, used, mixed or unsealed, because we can’t be sure they stayed cold and sealed.
Something arrived damaged, missing or wrong.
Check your order when it arrives. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the outer box. We’ll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, at our cost.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away with your order number. If it hasn’t shipped, we can usually change or cancel it. Once the carrier has it, we can’t.
Still stuck?
Send us your order number or the batch code on your vial. We’ll get back to you with a real answer, usually within 24 hours.
