Do you ship across Canada, and what does it cost?
We ship from Vancouver, British Columbia. Shipping is free on orders over $200. Order before 1:00pm Pacific on a business day and it usually ships the same day. We email your tracking number as soon as the label is made.
How do I know the batch was really tested?
An outside lab tests every batch. The lab report matches the batch number printed on your vial, not just the product name. If your batch’s report isn’t posted yet, send us the batch number and we’ll get it for you.
How can I pay?
Interac e-Transfer, cryptocurrency, and some credit and debit cards. We check e-Transfers by hand, so that payment has to clear before we ship. We never store card details on our servers.
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened, sealed vials within 30 days. We can’t take back vials that were opened, used or mixed. If something arrives damaged, missing or wrong, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it or refund it at our cost.
