Description
What is Tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide is a peptide made in a lab. It copies two hormones your gut makes after you eat, called GLP-1 and GIP. It is built to last much longer in the body than the natural hormones. It is the active ingredient in some prescription medicines for weight loss and type 2 diabetes.
What is it for?
Tirzepatide is used and studied for three main things:
- Weight loss. It helps people feel full sooner and stay full longer, so they tend to eat less.
- Type 2 diabetes. It helps the body keep blood sugar in a healthy range, especially after meals.
- Blood pressure and cholesterol. In a large weight-loss study, these numbers also got better.
How does it work?
After a meal, your gut sends out two hormones. The first, GLP-1, tells your brain you are full and slows down how fast food leaves your stomach. The second, GIP, is another gut hormone that helps your body handle the sugar from your meal. Both help your body release insulin when blood sugar goes up. Natural GLP-1 and GIP are gone in a few minutes. Tirzepatide does both jobs and lasts for days, so the “I’m full” signal stays on much longer.
How strong is the proof?
Very strong. Tirzepatide has been tested in large studies with thousands of people. In one big study, people on the highest amount lost about 20% of their body weight over 72 weeks. In another study of people with type 2 diabetes, it lowered weight and blood sugar more than semaglutide did. It is an approved prescription medicine in Canada and the United States.
What you get
- One sealed vial with 10mg of tirzepatide as a dry powder
- 98% pure or higher, tested by an outside lab
- A lab report for every batch
- Shipped from Vancouver, BC, with an ice pack
- Buy 1, 3, 5 or 10 vials. The more you buy, the less each vial costs.
How do I mix and store it?
The peptide comes as a dry powder because powder stays fresh much longer than liquid. Before it can be used, the powder is mixed with bacteriostatic water, which is clean water made for this job. Our mixing calculator shows how much water to add. Keep sealed vials in a cool, dry, dark place. Once mixed, keep the vial in the fridge.

Common questions
What is the difference between Tirzepatide and Semaglutide?
Both are used for weight loss and blood sugar. Semaglutide copies one gut hormone, GLP-1. Tirzepatide copies two, GLP-1 and GIP. Retatrutide is newer and copies three, but it is not an approved medicine yet.
What is the difference between the 10mg and 20mg vials?
Only the amount of powder. Both hold the same tirzepatide, tested to the same 98%+ standard. The 20mg vial holds twice as much.
Are there side effects?
Yes. In studies, the most common side effects were nausea, diarrhea, throwing up and constipation. They were mostly mild to moderate and most common in the first months.
Why does it come as a powder?
Peptides break down fast in liquid. A dry powder stays stable while it ships and while it is stored.
Can I see the lab report?
Yes. Posted reports are on our lab results page. If your batch isn’t there yet, email us the batch number and we’ll send it to you.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship from Vancouver, BC, to anywhere in Canada. Orders are packed with an ice pack to keep them cool.
