Description
What is Retatrutide?
Retatrutide is a lab-made peptide that acts like three natural hormones at the same time. Two of them come from your gut, and the third helps your body use stored energy. It is one of the newest weight-loss peptides being tested in people. This is our larger vial, with 20mg of powder.
What is it for?
Scientists are testing Retatrutide in these areas:
- Body weight. In studies, people felt full sooner, ate less and lost weight.
- Blood sugar. It is being tested in people with type 2 diabetes, a condition where blood sugar runs too high.
- Burning stored energy. Its third hormone, glucagon, may help the body use more of the energy it has stored.
How does it work?
Think of Retatrutide as three messages in one. GLP-1 tells your brain “I’m full” and keeps food in your stomach longer. GIP is another gut hormone released after eating that helps your body handle sugar. Glucagon is a hormone that tells your body to use stored energy, like the sugar kept in your liver. The natural hormones last only minutes, but Retatrutide keeps working for days.
How strong is the proof?
The early results are strong, but testing is not finished. A 2023 study found that people on the highest amount lost about 24% of their body weight over 48 weeks. Another 2023 study, in people with type 2 diabetes, found lower blood sugar and weight loss. Retatrutide is still in large human trials and is not yet approved in Canada or the US.
What you get
- One sealed vial with 20mg of retatrutide as a dry powder, double our 10mg vial
- 98% pure or higher, tested by an outside lab
- A lab report for every batch
- Shipped from Vancouver, BC, with an ice pack
- Buy 1, 3, 5 or 10 vials. The more you buy, the less each vial costs.
How do I mix and store it?
The peptide comes as a dry powder because powder stays fresh much longer than liquid. Before it can be used, the powder is mixed with bacteriostatic water, which is clean water made for this job. Our mixing calculator shows how much water to add. Keep sealed vials in a cool, dry, dark place. Once mixed, keep the vial in the fridge.

Common questions
How is the 20mg vial different from the 10mg vial?
It holds more. The peptide and the 98%+ purity are the same. You get 20mg in each vial instead of the 10mg in our smaller vial.
How does Retatrutide compare with Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?
All three are linked to weight loss. Semaglutide copies one hormone and Tirzepatide copies two. Retatrutide copies three. It is the newest, and the only one of the three that is not an approved medicine yet.
What is glucagon?
Glucagon is a natural hormone. It tells your body to use stored energy when you have not eaten for a while. Of our three weight-loss peptides, Retatrutide is the only one that copies it.
Are there side effects?
Yes. In studies, the most common side effects affected the stomach. They included nausea, diarrhea and throwing up. Most were mild to moderate.
Can I see the lab report?
Yes. Posted reports are on our lab results page. If your batch isn’t there yet, email us the batch number and we’ll send it to you.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship from Vancouver, BC, to anywhere in Canada. Orders are packed with an ice pack to keep them cool.
