Description
What are insulin syringes?
Insulin syringes are small syringes with a very thin, short needle. The side of the syringe has marks called units. On a 1 mL syringe, 100 units equals 1 mL. That makes it easy to measure small amounts.
What are they for?
- Mixing. Use a syringe to add bacteriostatic water into a peptide vial.
- Measuring. The unit marks let you measure small amounts of liquid exactly. Our mixing calculator shows amounts in units.
What do 31G and 6 mm mean?
“G” stands for gauge, which is how thick the needle is. The higher the number, the thinner the needle, and 31G is very thin. 6 mm is how long the needle is, which is short.
What you get
- 10 insulin syringes ($2 each)
- Each one holds up to 1 mL (100 units)
- A very thin 31G needle, 6 mm long
- Sterile (germ-free) and sealed one by one
Good to know
Use each syringe one time only. Then throw it away safely, like in a sharps container from a pharmacy.

Common questions
Can I reuse a syringe?
No. Each syringe is for one use only. A used needle is no longer sterile and gets dull.
What else do I need?
To mix a peptide you also need bacteriostatic water.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship from Vancouver, BC, to anywhere in Canada.
