Referral & Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated September 23, 2026
Refer a Friend (everyone)
- Any customer with a NEO account gets a personal referral link and code at /refer-a-friend/.
- A friend who uses your link or code gets 15% off their first order. The code is single-use per customer.
- You earn store credit equal to 15% of your friend’s product subtotal (after discounts, before shipping and tax).
- Credit is added 21 days after your friend’s order ships, once the return window has passed. If the order is refunded or cancelled first, no credit is issued. A partial refund lowers the credit to match.
- A referral counts for 60 days after your friend clicks your link. If they click someone else’s link later, the latest link gets the credit.
Store credit
- Store credit can be used on any order and never has a minimum.
- Store credit expires 12 months after it is issued. We email you 30 days before it expires.
- Store credit has no cash value and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
Affiliate Program (approved partners)
- Affiliates are approved by hand. Apply at /affiliate-program/. Referrers who send $1,000 or more in sales over 90 days may be invited.
- Affiliates earn 10% cash commission on the orders they refer, or 20% in store credit if they choose.
- Commission is paid monthly by e-Transfer or PayPal, 30 days after the referred order ships. Refunded or cancelled orders do not earn commission.
- We can remove an affiliate at any time, including for breaking these terms.
Rules for everyone
- No self-referrals. You can’t use your own code, or a code from the same account, email address or internet connection as the referrer.
- Referral codes can’t be combined with other promo codes.
- No spam, no paid search ads on the NEO name, and no fake accounts. Rewards from abuse are cancelled.
- No health or medical claims. Do not say or suggest that any NEO product treats, cures or prevents anything, or that it is for people or animals. This applies to anything you post that links to NEO.
- We may change or end the program with notice on this page. Credit already issued stays valid until it expires.
For research use only. Not for use in people or animals. Not medical advice. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
