What is TB-500?
TB-500 is a peptide. A peptide is a short chain of the same building blocks that make up protein. TB-500 is made in a lab. It copies a healing protein your body makes on its own, called thymosin beta-4. This protein is found in almost every cell, and it helps cells move to where they are needed.
What is it for?
People look into TB-500 for recovery and healing. The main areas are:
- Muscles. Studies look at how a hurt muscle repairs itself after a strain or tear.

How strong is the proof?

How do I mix and store it?
The peptide comes as a dry powder because powder stays fresh much longer than liquid. Before it can be used, the powder is mixed with bacteriostatic water, which is clean water made for this job. Common questions
What is the difference between TB-500 and BPC-157?
Both are studied for healing, but they help in different ways. TB-500 is mostly linked to helping repair cells travel to the injury. BPC-157 is mostly linked to better blood flow to an injury and to the gut. TB-500 is also much longer, with 43 building blocks. BPC-157 has 15. The two are often bought together in the Wolverine Stack.
Is TB-500 a steroid?
No. It is a peptide, not a steroid.
Are there side effects?
Side effects have not been well studied in people, because there are only a few human studies.
