Description
What is Tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide is a lab-made peptide that acts like two natural gut hormones at once. Your gut releases these hormones, GLP-1 and GIP, when you eat. Tirzepatide is designed to stay in the body for days instead of minutes. This page is for our larger vial, which holds 20mg.
What is it for?
Tirzepatide has two main uses, plus one extra benefit seen in studies:
- Losing weight. In studies, people felt less hungry and got full on smaller meals, so they ate less.
- Controlling blood sugar. It is a prescription medicine for adults with type 2 diabetes, a condition where blood sugar runs too high.
- Heart health numbers. A large weight-loss study also saw lower blood pressure and better cholesterol.
How does it work?
When you eat, your gut releases GLP-1 and GIP. GLP-1 sends a “you’re full” message to your brain and keeps food in your stomach a little longer. GIP is another gut hormone that helps your body deal with the sugar from food. Together they help your body release insulin, which moves sugar out of your blood and into your cells. Your body clears the natural hormones in minutes, but tirzepatide keeps working for days.
How strong is the proof?
Very strong. Large studies with thousands of people have tested tirzepatide. In a 72-week study of adults with obesity, people on the highest amount lost about 20% of their body weight on average. A head-to-head study in type 2 diabetes found it did better than semaglutide for both weight and blood sugar. Tirzepatide is approved as a prescription medicine in Canada and the US.
What you get
- One sealed vial with 20mg of tirzepatide as a dry powder, twice the amount in our 10mg vial
- 98% pure or higher, tested by an outside lab
- A lab report for every batch
- Shipped from Vancouver, BC, with an ice pack
- Buy 1, 3, 5 or 10 vials. The more you buy, the less each vial costs.
How do I mix and store it?
The peptide comes as a dry powder because powder stays fresh much longer than liquid. Before it can be used, the powder is mixed with bacteriostatic water, which is clean water made for this job. Our mixing calculator shows how much water to add. Keep sealed vials in a cool, dry, dark place. Once mixed, keep the vial in the fridge.

Common questions
Is the 20mg vial different from the 10mg vial?
No, it holds the same tirzepatide. The only change is the amount. Each 20mg vial has double the powder of our 10mg vial, with the same 98%+ purity.
How is Tirzepatide different from Semaglutide and Retatrutide?
All three are linked to weight loss, but each copies a different number of hormones. Semaglutide copies one. Tirzepatide copies two. Retatrutide copies three and is still being tested, so it is not an approved medicine yet.
What is GIP?
GIP is a hormone your gut releases after you eat. It helps your body handle the sugar from a meal. Tirzepatide was the first approved medicine to copy both GIP and GLP-1.
Are there side effects?
Yes. The side effects reported most often in studies were stomach problems: nausea, diarrhea, throwing up and constipation. Most were mild to moderate and showed up in the first months.
Can I see the lab report?
Yes. Posted reports are on our lab results page. If your batch isn’t there yet, email us the batch number and we’ll send it to you.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship from Vancouver, BC, to anywhere in Canada. Orders are packed with an ice pack to keep them cool.
